Checking in

I have been doing pretty well these last couple of days with my eating. Of course I'm not perfect but who is. I have walked at least 30mins a day so I'm getting in a little bit of exercise. I plan on getting at least 30mins of walking in a day if not more. I'm hoping I getting into a better routine and will be able to stick to it.

  2. This is a very tough journey, I to am starting this week at about the exact same weight as you. I have been very fortunate to date that it has not affected my health but I am 46 and scared that it could. I have taken the low carb approach so we where see where the next few weeks bring me. Good Luck and do not get discouraged or give up! We are all worth it!!
