Well I lost another 3 pounds this last week. I plan on having Mondays as my weigh-in day because I'm hoping it will keep me on track over the weekends. Weekends and evenings are usually the worst times for me. I'm working on this and will continue to learn from my mistakes.
Saturday was a very good day for me because I got in my exercise. I think I could do it but I rode 7 miles on my bike. My husband wanted to write from New Glarus to Monticello on our bike with our kids. Levi only being 2 got to ride in a rider behind Dave so we weren't worrying about him. But JoEllen(8), MaKayla(8) and Amber(5) were going to be riding their own bikes. The two older girls we weren't too worry about them but Amber has a littler bike with training wheels so she would have to pedel more. We shouldn't have worried because they really enjoyed it and they didn't complain at all. We rode the 7 miles in an 1 1/2 hrs. Yay!!! Later that day we went boating also.
Sunday was Father's Day so we didn't do much of anything. We did take my husband out for breakfast but I did overeat and I ending up sharing part of my meal with all 4 of my kids. Also I watched what I ate but I still eat more than I planned. I didn't go overboard which is a change for me. I'm a work in progress.
I have gotten 2 of the three days of exercise in for the week which ends on Wed. I plan on getting some exercising in today and maybe another day.
