I decided that I'm going to have mini goal each week. Sometimes they will the same as the week before but hopefully it will help me more. I had a good last week until this weekend. This weekend was full of emotions and stress which cause me to overeat. I will be working on this and can only take it one day at a time. I'm addicted to food!!! I have realize that I will always have a problem with food and try to keep on track. I weighed myself last week and saw I had gain weight. This should have been a surprise because I know my eating was out of control. When I weighed this week I was down a couple of pounds from last week.
Back to my goals for this week:
1. Exercise at least 3x a week.
2. Stop eating just before bed or during the middle of the night.
3. Blog at least 3 times a week.
4. Drink 8 glasses of water or more.
I know I'm not the great at this eating good and losing weight but I'm trying!!! I wish I was better these last couple weeks but I wasn't. I will be working on this problem. I notice a couple food that trigger me on overeat and I plan on trying to stay away from them.
I just got done reading a book called Ruby's Diary. She is such a strong and beautiful person. Reading her book shows me that anything is possible if you only believe. I need to believe in myself and that I can achieve my goals. I'm trying!!!
